Bush has been caught breaking the law

Well it's official folks.  You poor Americans that have had your precious rights trampled on have been finally vindicated.

A federal judge has finally ruled that the wiretaps in use by the Bush government since 2001 ARE ILLEGAL!  Well, as if we didn't already know that.  And Bush has the nerve to call the Islamic extremists fascists?!  And don't forget....in case you want to give Georgie a break on this one..don't!  It isn't as though he told each and every American that "by the way, I'm going to tap phones to help fight terrorism".  No, no, no.  The only reason we know about it is because a few reporters dug deep and found out about this illegal activity.  Does that make you wonder what else the Texas fascist it up to?  It should.

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering, careful what you text message or email.  In case you forgot, they're monitoring that stuff too.  I don't see anyone challenging that one yet, but they ought to.

So, hat's off to Judge Taylor.  Just as long as you realize that the Texas fascist will be applealing this ruling.  Ah, the beauty of America.  Even when you do something everyone knows is illegal, you can still appeal and waste more time in a courtroom.  Well, who's surprised?  That damn Texas Fascist thinks he's above the law, even the American law.  No wonder no one in the rest of the world has any respect for him (and unfortunately sometimes by extention, any American).  If he can't respect his own country's laws, he can obviously have none for anyone else's. 

Oh, Georgie...the sooner you leave the white house, the sooner the rest of the world can start to try to like America again.  You sure are leaving one fucking hell of a mess for the next guy to clean up though.  Personally, I don't think America will ever recover, but I guess they can hope.
